Scope overview
La présente consultation porte sur la passation d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande avec minimum et maximum mono-attributaire de services relatif à des prestations de contrôles réglementaires, contrôles techniques des dispositifs d'autosurveillance et de veille réglementaire pour l'exploitation du réseau d'assainissement.
Plus précisément, elle comprend d'une part, les contrôles et les vérifications périodiques d'installations, d'appareils et d'équipements liés aux activités opérationnelles d'exploitation du réseau d'assainissement afin d'en vérifier la conformité en accord avec la réglementation en vigueur.
D'autre part, elle comprend la prestation de veille réglementaire en environnement et santé sécurité afin de connaitre les nouveaux textes réglementaires et d'assurer la conformité de notre organisation, ainsi que la mise à disposition des textes applicables dans le cadre de l'activité. Le contrat est conclut pour une durée de 4 ans à compter de la date de notification.
