Scope overview
Das Rundfunkmuseum in Fürth wird vollständig saniert und durch einen Neubau ergänzt. Die Bodenplatte, die Decken und die tragenden Wände werden in Beton ausgeführt. Die restlichen Innenwände werden in Trockenbauweise und Mauerwerk ausgeführt. Die Rohrleitungen in den nicht sichtbaren Bereichen werden nach GeG gedämmt und ohne zusätzliche Ummantelung ausgeführt.
In sichtbaren Bereichen und Technikzentralen wird die Isolierung mit Kunststoff ummantelt. Im Außenbereich erhalten die Leitungen einen Blechmantel. Die Lüftungskanäle für Fort- und Frischluftseite werden mit Elastomer-Kautschukdämmmaterial gedämmt. Die Zu- und Abluftkanäle im Technikraum werden mit Steinwolle isoliert.
