Compensation assumptions: COLOSSAL MANAGEMENT WILL PROVIDE AN INTERNET-BASED PLATFORM AND SERVICES INCLUDING MARKETING, PROMOTING, ADVERTISING, AND OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF ONLINE COMPETITIONS, WHICH ENABLE DTCARE TO COLLABORATE WITH CHARITIES TO CREATE, CONDUCT, SPONSOR, AND OPERATE CERTAIN ONLINE COMPETITIONS AND PROMOTIONS THAT GENERATE DONATIONS FOR DTCARE.
MAXIMUM PERCENTAGE OF GROSS PROCEEDS TO BE USED FOR THE OPERATION OF EACH COMPETITION SHALL BE 50% WHICH SHALL CONSIST OF THE MAXIMUM 36.5% MANAGEMENT FEE AND THE MAXIMUM 13.5% FOR THE EXPENSES AND PRIZES, THE HOLDBACK, AND THE DTCARE RETAINED AMOUNT.
