Ziel dieser Vergabe ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer zur Bereitstellung von Elektromontagen für diverse Elektroinstallationsarbeiten in der Beschleunigerhalle BESSY II in Berlin.
- Installation der allgemeinen Elektro-Infrastruktur - Installation von Kabeltrassen - Wartungs- und Messarbeiten nach DGUV V3 - Auf- und Zusammenbau elektromechanischer Baugruppen und Geräte - Konfektionierung spezieller Steckverbindungen in Löt- und Schraubtechnik - Erneuerung und Erweiterung von Beleuchtungsanlagen ************************************ Die Arbeiten werden stets auf dem Gelände des Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie GmbH in Berlin-Adlershof und deren näherer Umgebung erfolgen.
************************************ Das gesamte geschätzte Auftragsvolumen beträgt jährlich ca. 3.520 Stunden pro Jahr (12 Monate) bzw. 7.040 Stunden auf 24 Monate, verteilt auf ca. 6 bis 8 Einzelabrufe pro Jahr. Die Leistungen sind Abrufstunden. Geschätztes Auftragsvolumen liegt bei 210.000 EUR/2 Jahre. ************************************ Der Vertrag wird zunächst über 2 Jahre abgeschlossen.
Voraussichtlicher Vertragsbeginn: 15. April 2026 Es besteht eine zweimalige Verlängerungsoption um jeweils 1 Jahr. ************************************ Die Leistungen werden in Kontrollbereichen gemäß StrlSchG und z.T. in Sicherheitsbereichen gemäß AtZüV ausgeführt. Wertungskriterium: 100% Angebotspreis ************************************ Die Abgabe von mehrere Hauptangeboten ist nicht zugelassen.
