Scope overview
Der Zweckverband Gemeinden Flughafen Hahn beabsichtigt, das Gewerbegebiet „Sohren-Büchenbeuren an der K75“ erschließen zu lassen. Die geplante gewerbliche Fläche befindet sich entlang der Verbindungsstraße zwischen den beiden Ortsgemeinden Sohren und Büchenbeuren nördlich der K 75 und südlich der ehemaligen Bahnstrecke Langenlonsheim – Hermeskeil.
Das Plangebiet erstreckt sich gemarkungsübergreifend über die Flächen der Ortsgemeinden Sohren und Büchenbeuren und kann als sinnvoller Lückenschluss zwischen den beiden Gemeinden angesehen werden. Die Größe des Plangebietes beträgt ca. 14,98 ha.
