Scope overview
Die Gemeinde Kritzmow möchte im Ortsteil Kritzmow die für die Erschließung des Gewerbegebietes B-Plan Nr. 24 an der Feuerwehr erforderlichen Ingenieurleistungen gemäß HOAI der LPH 1 bis 3 sowie optional besondere Leistungen beauftragen. Dafür wird ein Ingenieurbüro gesucht, das bereits über Erfahrungen insbesondere mit umfänglichen Erschließungen von Gewerbegebieten verfügt.
Aufbauend auf dem Ergebnis des durchgeführten Bauleitplanverfahrens "B 24 Gewerbegebiet an der Feuerwehr in Kritzmow" (Abwägungs- u.
Satzungsbeschluss vom 29.10.2024) und unter Berücksichtigung der daraus resultierenden Festsetzungen und Hinweise sind die notwendigen Planungen für den Entwurf, die Finanzierung und bauliche Umsetzung der öffentlichen Erschließungsanlagen sowie der medientechnischen Erschließung zu erbringen.
Die Leistungsbereiche Abschnitt 2 HOAI - Freianlagen, Abschnitt 3 HOAI -.Ingenieurbauwerke und Abschnitt 4 HOAI - Verkehrsanlagen sollen als Gesamtplanung erbracht werden. Der Auftraggeber stellt sämtliche Gutachten und Ergebnisse aus dem Bauleitplanverfahren sowie die Vermessung und die Baugrunduntersuchung zur Verfügung.
