Scope overview
Auf dem Grundstück des Förderzentrums Kaltenkirchen (Janusz-Korczak-Schule) ist die Erweiterung der Schulanlage geplant. Im Bereich des vorhandenen Parkplatzes vor dem jetzigen Haupteingang soll ein 2-geschossiger Erweiterungsbau entstehen. Die Verbindung zum Altbau erfolgt durch ein eingeschossiges Verbindungsgebäude, welches auch gleichzeitig als neuer Haupteingang fungiert.
Die BGF umfasst 1.600qm, die Außenabmessung des 2-geschossigen Gebäudes beträgt 32,12 x 23,37 m. Das Gebäude wird versorgt über drei Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpen und die Beheizung der Räume erfolgt über Fußbodenheizung. Leistungsarbeiten sind u.a.: - 3 x Wärmepumpen (je 14kW) - 1 x Pufferspeicher - 1 x Heizkreisverteilung - 240 m Kupferrohrnetz mit Dämmung - 10 x Fußbodenheizungsverteiler - ca. 1254 qm Fußbodenheizung
