Scope overview
Das Städtische Klinikum Dresden als Eigenbetrieb der Landeshauptstadt Dresden plant die Erweiterung und Umbau des Haus V - Institut für Labormedizin und Pathologie am Standort Friedrichstadt.
Ziel der Baumaßnahme ist die fachgerechte Zentralisierung der verschiedenen Labordiagnostiken, die zur Zeit an unterschiedlichen Standorten untergebracht sind, sowie die Vorbereitung auf eine zukünftige Automation und die Schaffung geeigneter Raumstrukturen. Gegenstand der geplanten Beauftragung ist die Tragwerksplanung der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6 und 8 entsprechend des Leistungsbildes in § 51 HOAI 2021.
Die Beauftragung der Planungsleistungen erfolgt stufenweise. Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus dem Vertragsformular nebst Anlagen. Die benötigten Fachplanungsleistungen für Objektplanung, Laborplanung, Tragwerksplanung, Techn. Ausrüstung HLSK, Techn. Ausrüstung ELT, Brandschutz, Bauphysik und Freianlagen werden durch den Auftraggeber parallel zueinander beauftragt. Für die Maßnahme werden keine Fördermittel beantragt.
Die Finanzierung erfolgt aus Eigenmitteln der Landeshauptstadt Dresden. Es sind die Kostenvorgaben des Auftraggebers einzuhalten.
