Scope overview
Der Zweckverband Abfallbehandlung Kahlenberg (ZAK) betreibt am Standort Ringsheim mehrere Blockheizkraftwerks-Aggregate, einen Biomasseheizkessel sowie zusätzliche Heizkessel mit Ölbrenner zur Wärmeversorgung der Liegenschaft als auch zur Fernwärmeversorgung der Stadt Ringsheim.
Um die Wärmeversorgung sicherzustellen sollen Anpassungen sowie Erneuerungen an der hydraulischen Einbindung durchgeführt und ein Pufferspeicher mit rd. 120 m³ Inhalt errichtet werden. Desweiteren sollen an mehreren Fernwärmeübergabestationen auf dem Betriebsgelände Optimierungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt werden, um die Rücklauftemperaturen zu senken.
Zum Lieferumfang gehören im Wesentlichen: - Demontage 2 Plattenwärmetauscher je 2 MW - Demontage von 3 Druckhaltegefäßen - Erneuerung der Druckhalteanlage und 3 neue Druckhaltegefäße je 2.000 ltr. - Außen aufgestellter Pufferspeicher 120 m³ - Erneuerung der Fernwärmepumpen - Hydraulischer Umbau und Wärmedämmarbeiten - Verkabelung des Lieferumfangs - Sonstige Einbindungsarbeiten
