Scope overview
Conformément à la délibération n°2017/123 du Conseil d’Administration d’Île-de-France Mobi-lités du 22 mars 2017, le présent marché a pour objet la mise en place, l’exploitation d’un Centre de services et l’intégration de réseaux TAD pour le transport à la demande en Île-de-France tel que décrit dans les 6 missions ci-dessous.
- Mission 1 : reprise des services de TàD existants, mise en place d’une solution de ré-servation de TàD et l’intégration dans la plateforme MaaS Île-de-France Mobilités (PRIM) ; - Mission 2 : intégration de nouveaux services de TàD labellisés ou modifications signi-ficatives aux services existants ; - Mission 3 : exploitation du Centre de services sur le périmètre des TàD labellisés et in-tégrés au centre de services ; - Mission 4 : mise en place et gestion un Centre d’appel et d’un serveur vocal interactif ; - Mission 5 : conseils et études de programmation de TàD - Mission 6 : appui au pilotage de la performance et de la qualité de service.
