Scope overview
Die Liegenschaft Schule am Oslebshauser Park wird an das Fernwärmenetz angeschlossen. Gegenwärtig erfolgt die Wärmeversorgung über eine Gas Kesselanlage welche durch eine Fernwärmestation ersetzt wird. Die Anlage befindet sich in dem Gebäude "Villa" und versorgt einen Teil der Liegenschaft über ein Nahwärmenetz.
Die Gebäude "Neubau" und "Hofmeierhaus" sind momentan autark und werden mittels neu zu verlegender Kunststoffmantelrohre an das Nahwärmenetz angeschlossen. Die Heizzetrale sowie alle Unterstationen verfügen über eine Gebäudeleittechnik. Die Anpassung der Regelung wird separat vergeben. Die notwendigenTiefbauarbeiten sind zwingend während der Sommerferien zu erledigen.
Alle weiteren Arbeiten können nach vorheriger Absprache mit dem Auftraggeber auch außerhalb der Ferien durchgeführt werden sofern der Schulbetrieb dadurch nicht eingeschränkt wird.
