THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE SINDH BARRAGES IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IRRIGATION DEPARTMENT, GOVERNMENT OF SINDH REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT) (Ref: No. PK-AFOF SBIP -492071-CS-INDV ) The Project Management Office, Sindh Barrages Improvement Project funded by the World Bank and being implemented by the Irrigation Department, Government of Sindh, intends to hire an eligible, motivated and dynamic Professional as Individual Consultant (based in Karachi) for the following position through a competitive process. No Position No. of Posts Qualification & Experience 01 Finance Management Specialist 01

• Master’s in finance and accounting or other relevant field with more than five years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience of handling development projects.
• Professional qualification such as CA/CPA/ACCA etc. will be given preference.
• Well conversant with government rules and procedures as well as financial donor’s procedures/guidelines in financial management will be given preference.
• Have a demonstrated focus on impact and result.
• Selections shall be made in accordance with the method contained in World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Revised Edition of September 2023 .
• Only short listed candidates will be called for an interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview.
• The job shall be assigned initially for one year on contract basis on the recommendations of Consultant Selection Committee.
• Detailed CVs along with covering letter, two photographs, CNIC, academic & experience certificates addressing The Project Director , should reach on or before 16th April, 2026 before closing of office hours by or before 1700 Hours PST on the address: Irrigation Colony, Adjacent to City School PAF Chapter, Shaheed-e-Millat Expressway, Baloch Colony, Karachi .
