Scope overview
Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Projektsteuerungsleistungen für das Vorhaben Forensik Köln-Merheim, und zwar - Projektsteuerungsleistungen entsprechend dem Leistungsbild gemäß § 2 des Abschnitts 2 von Heft Nr.9 "Projektmanagementleistungen in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft - Standards für Leistungen und Vergütung" der AHO-Schriftenreihe, 6.
Auflage Mai 2025) und - Ergänzende (Besondere) Projektsteuerungsleistungen Mit Vertragsschluss wird der Auftragnehmer zunächst mit den Leistungen der Projektstufen 1 und 2 betraut. Die stufenweise Beauftragung erfolgt, um in der Leistungsphase 2 zunächst eine Bauvoranfrage durchzuführen und deren Ergebnis abzuwarten, bevor über die Fortführung des Vorhabens in den nachfolgenden Projektstufen entschieden wird.
Die Leistungen der Projektstufen 3 bis 5 können von der Auftraggeberin nachträglich insgesamt oder einzeln beauftragt werden.
