Scope overview
GO! Scholengroep Huis 11 wenst één opdrachtnemer voor groenonderhoud voor haar scholen in de regio Tienen - Landen. De opdracht omvat voornamelijk het eenvoudig groenonderhoud van schooldomeinen, waarvoor de opdrachtnemer een tewerkstelling dient te voorzien onder de categorie van sociale tewerkstelling. Cft Art 15 van de wet van 17/06/2016 inzake overheidsopdrachten.
Onder deze terminologie verstaat de opdrachtgever het tewerkstellen van personen die langdurig zonder werk zijn, laaggeschoold zijn en of moeilijkheden hebben met het solliciteren naar een functie. Deze personen hebben echter wel de instelling om te willen werken.
Met deze opdracht beoogt de opdrachtgever ook een sociale meerwaarde, waarbij personen uit kansengroepen de mogelijkheid wordt geboden om door te stromen naar niet gesubsidieerde duurzame vaste tewerkstelling.
