Scope overview
Die Bundesstiftung plant im Jahr 2026 mindestens sechs hybride Veranstaltungen und sucht dafür einen zuverlässigen Dienstleister für Beratung, Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung. Der Auftrag umfasst die technische und organisatorische Umsetzung der hybriden Formate sowie die Produktion professioneller Video- und Livestreaminhalte im Corporate Design der Bundesstiftung.
Der Dienstleister stellt das Videomaterial im Anschluss in optimierter Form für den YouTube-Kanal der Bundesstiftung bereit und erstellt auf Wunsch zusätzliche zielgruppenspezifische Kurzvideos. Zudem unterstützt er die Bundesstiftung bei der Konzeption und Einbindung der Videoinhalte. Die Rahmenvereinbarung ermöglicht eine flexible Beauftragung einzelner Leistungen je nach Bedarf.
Die Grundlaufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 01.04.2026 bis 31.03.2027. Eine einmalige Verlängerung um ein Jahr bis max. 31.03.2028 ist optional möglich. Ein Rechtsanspruch hierauf besteht nicht.
