Die Bundesstiftung plant im Jahr 2026 mindestens sechs hybride Veranstaltungenund sucht dafür einen zuverlässigen Dienstleister für Beratung, Planung,Durchführung und Nachbereitung. Der Auftrag umfasst die technische undorganisatorische Umsetzung der hybriden Formate sowie die Produktionprofessioneller Video- und Livestreaminhalte im Corporate Design derBundesstiftung.
Der Dienstleister stellt das Videomaterial im Anschluss in optimierterForm für den YouTube-Kanal der Bundesstiftung bereit und erstellt auf Wunschzusätzliche zielgruppenspezifische Kurzvideos. Zudem unterstützt er dieBundesstiftung bei der Konzeption und Einbindung der Videoinhalte. DieRahmenvereinbarung ermöglicht eine flexible Beauftragung einzelner Leistungen jenach Bedarf.
Die Grundlaufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 01.04.2026 bis31.03.2027. Eine einmalige Verlängerung um ein Jahr bis max. 31.03.2028 ist optionalmöglich. Ein Rechtsanspruch hierauf besteht nicht. hybride Veranstaltungstechnik
