Scope overview
Etablering av samferdsel og infrastruktur for Prestgardshavnin bustadområde. Det skal tilrettelegges for eksisterende boliger i område. parkområde og etablering av flomsikringsvoll. VA anlegget består av totalt 1362m grøfter , der 165 m av dette er stikkledninger. I tillegg kommer ca 1478m med kabel grøft.
Det skal bygges ca 656m veg fordelt på gjenoppbygging av Gamle Slidrevegen, nye veier og snuhammere i feltet, gangvei og gang og sykkelveier. Her kommer det også ca830 m kabel grøft og gatelys. Matjord fra anleggsområdet skal tas vare på å brukes innen areal som kan opparbeides som hageområdet (NM1 i reguleringsplan) eller transporteres til jordbruksareal.
