Obuhvat zahvata u prostoru čine k.č.br. 167/1 i 1613/4 sve u k.o. Sračinec. Površina obuhvata zahvata u prostoru je cca 9152 m2 prema ZK izvatcima pripadajućih čestica.
Novoformirana čestica je nepravilnog oblika, vidljiva na situaciji u grafičkom dijelu Idejnog rješenja. Predmet nabave mora se u cijelosti izvršiti sukladno Projektnom zadatku, Idejnom rješenju izrađenom od tvrtke Building d.o.o., Trg bana Jelačića 14, 42000 Varaždin, pod oznakom projekta: 052/25, od travnja 2025. godine, ponudbenom troškovniku, kao i ponudi.
Sadržaj i razine projektne dokumentacije propisan je Projektnim zadatkom, a usluga izrade projektne dokumentacije koja je predmet nabave obuhvaća: • Provjera projektnog zadatka i izmjena i dopuna idejnog rješenja s ishođenjem uvjeta • Izradu Glavnog projekta i svih potrebnih elaborata za ishođenje Građevinske dozvole • Izradu Izvedbenog projekta i troškovnika
