Centar, sukladno Troškovniku, Idejnom arhitektonsko, instalacijsko i medicinsko-tehnološkom rješenju i Elaboratu ocjene postojećeg stanja građevinske konstrukcije, koji čine prilog ove Dokumentacije o nabavi.
Predmet nabave obuhvaća i projektantski nadzor tijekom izvođenja radova (Naručitelj procjenjuje da će radovi trajati 2 godine te svako produženje roka izvođenja radova ili povećanje vrijednosti izvođenja radova ne utječe na ponuđenu cijenu projektantskog nadzora) kao i svu ostalu potrebnu dokumentaciju koja je potrebna za ishođenje svih potvrda i suglasnosti kao i dozvola.
Zona obuhvata zahvata je postojeća zgrada, trenutačno bez funkcije (nekad u funkciji Klinike za ortopediju, KBC Zagreb), smještena unutar kompleksa Medicinskog fakulteta na Šalati. Zgrada se od potresa ne koristi jer je pretrpjela veća oštećenja. Pregledom ovlaštenog statičara, građevina je kategorizirana kao PN1 – neuporabljiva – zbog oštećenja s potrebnim detaljnim pregledom.
Prema registru kulturnih dobara Ministarstva kulture i medija predmetna zgrada Šalata 6 nalazi se u povijesnoj urbanoj cjelini grada Zagreba sa pravnim statusom: Zaštićeno kulturno dobro, vrsta: Kulturno-povijesne cjeline, klasifikacija: urbana cjelina.
