Scope overview
Gegenstand des Auftrags sind die zur Umsetzung des Vorhabens erforderlichen Architektenleistungen zum Leistungsbild Objektplanung Gebäude gemäß § 34 Abs.1 HOAI mit den entsprechenden Leistungsphasen sowie die Besonderen Leistungen der Einarbeitung in das Projekt auf Grundlage der bereits vorliegenden Machbarkeitsstudie. Dies beinhaltet die notwendige Koordinierung aller an den Planungs- und Baumaßnahmen Beteiligten.
Ziel der Stadt Hamm ist es, das Gebäude im Bestand zu erhalten und einer ganzheitlichen Sanierung zu unterziehen. Dabei sollen neben der technischen Ertüchtigung auch funktionale, gestalterische und energetische Verbesserungen umgesetzt werden.
Besondere Schwerpunkte liegen auf der Herstellung eines sicheren Brandschutzkonzeptes, der Verbesserung der Barrierefreiheit, der räumlichen Flexibilität so wie der Schaffung einer zeitgemäßen Aufenthaltsqualität.
