Der Versicherungsvertrag zur kombinierten Bauversicherung (Los 1) umfasst die Sparten Bauleistungs-, Bau-herren-, Betriebs-, Umwelthaftpflicht- und Umweltschaden-Versicherung sowie Planungshaftpflichtversicherung inkl. erweiterte Planungsdeckung.
Der Versicherungsvertrag zur Bau-Haftpflicht-Exzedentenversicherung (Los 2) umfasst die Sparten Bauherren-, Betriebs-, Umwelthaftpflicht- und Umweltschaden-Versicherung sowie Personenschäden aus der Planungshaftpflichtversicherung. EUR, zweifach maximiert - Planungshaftpflicht: 15 Mio. EUR, zweifach maximiert - Erweiterte Planungsdeckung als Sublimit zur Planungsdeckung 5 Mio. EUR, zweifach maximiert Los 2: - Betriebs-/Bauherren-/Umwelthaftpflicht sowie Umweltschadensversicherung inkl. Personenschäden zur Planungshaftpflicht: 20 Mio. EUR, zweifach maximiert Der Versicherungsschutz umfasst eine Regressoffenheit gegenüber der Planerschaft.
