Scope overview
Die Tegel Projekt GmbH als 100%ige Tochter des Landes Berlins wurde 2011 mit der dem Ziel der Nachnutzung des ehemaligen Flughafens Tegel gegründet. Vorliegend erfolgt die Ausschreibung einer Bauleistungs-Versicherung zur Absicherung von Umbau-, Sanierungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen des allgemeinen Hochbaus. Die Bildung eines Versicherungskonsortiums ist möglich.
Teilnahmeanträge oder Angebote durch Versicherungsmakler sind unzulässig und werden zwingend vom Verfahren ausgeschlossen. Ebenso ist eine Stellvertretung für einen Versicherer durch einen Versicherungsmakler zur Vermeidung von Interessenskonflikten ausgeschlossen. Dies betrifft sowohl den Teilnahmewettbewerb als auch die Angebotsphase.
