Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Kompleksowa organizacja zagranicznej wizyty studyjnej” - Łódź- Niemcy- Francja- Niemcy- Belgia- Holandia- Łódź (6dni) dla interesariuszy Procesu Przedsiębiorczego Odkrywania (PPO) w tym pracowników realizujących projekt - łącznie 50 osób.
Wizyta odbywa się zgodnie z programem określonym przez Zamawiającego, a do obowiązków Wykonawcy należy w szczególności przygotowanie szczegółowego planu logistycznego oraz pełna realizacja wszystkich elementów wizyty, obejmująca między innymi: • organizację i koordynację spotkań wskazanych w programie wizyty; • zapewnienie transportu; • zapewnienie koordynatora wizyty studyjnej; • zapewnienie obsługi tłumaczeniowej; • zakwaterowanie i wyżywienie; • ubezpieczenie Uczestników wyjazdu; • inne czynności niezbędne do skutecznego przeprowadzenia kompleksowej organizacji wizyty studyjnej.
Przedmiot zamówienia został opisany w Szczegółowym Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (zwanym dalej „SOPZ”), stanowiącym Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ, będącym jednocześnie Załącznikiem Nr 1 do projektu umowy (Załącznik Nr 4 do SWZ).
