Scope overview
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi kompleksowego zorganizowania i przeprowadzenia zagranicznej wizyty studyjnej do wybranego kraju o wysokim wskaźniku uczestnictwa osób dorosłych w kształceniu ustawicznym (zgodnie z danymi Eurostat), tj. do jednego z następujących państw: Norwegia, Szwecja, Dania, dla 25 osób, nie później niż do 31 maja 2026 roku.
Wykonawca realizujący wizytę studyjną zobowiązany jest do zapewnienia wszystkich usług niezbędnych do jej prawidłowego przeprowadzenia, w tym w szczególności: przejazdów, zakwaterowania, wyżywienia, ubezpieczenia, transferów lokalnych na miejscu wizyty, opiekuna, tłumacza, przewodnika oraz innych usług koniecznych do realizacji przedmiotowego zamówienia.
Wytyczne dotyczące realizacji zamówienia: Opis przedmiotu zamówienia określono w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ oraz w projekcie umowy, której wzór stanowi Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
