Laboratoriotutkimus-, laboratoriokonsultaatio- ja näytteenottopalvelut Hankinnan kohteena on laboratoriotutkimus-, laboratoriokonsultaatio- ja näytteenottopalvelujen (”Palvelut”) tuottaminen YTHS:n palveluverkostolle. Hankintaan sisältyy tämän lisäksi optio seksitautien etätestauksen hankkimiseksi Toimittajalta.
Hankinnan tavoitteena on yksi valtakunnallinen Toimittaja, joka tuottaa kaikkien YTHS:n omien palvelupisteiden palveluverkoston laboratorio-, laboratoriokonsultaatio-, näytteenotto-, ja testauspalvelut tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. YTHS:n tavoitteena on pitkä sopimuskausi ja kumppanuus Toimittajan kanssa. YTHS:n palveluverkostoon voi kohdistua muutoksia sopimuskauden aikana.
YTHS voi lisätä tai vähentää palvelupisteitään sopimuskauden aikana. Tämä hankintamenettely on uusi menettely tarkennetulla tarjouspyynnöllä liittyen aiemmin julkaistuun ja keskeytettyyn menettelyyn 583306 Laboratoriotutkimus-, laboratoriokonsultaatio- ja näytteenottopalvelut. Tässä menettelyssä on tarkennettu mm.
aiemmin julkaistussa tarjouspyynnössä asetettua toimitusaikaviivettä, tutkimuspaketteihin liittyvää tarjoamista, täsmennetty/poistettu tutkimusnimikkeitä. Muilta osin ei ole tehty merkittäviä muutoksia. Tarjouspyynnön liitteenä on tarjoajille tiedoksi keskeytettyyn menettelyyn esitettyjä kysymyksiä, joilla täsmennetään myös tätä tarjouspyyntöä.,
