Het onderwerp van de raamovereenkomst is de levering en installatie van nieuwe automatische sanitaire voorzieningen van de jongste generatie op het bovengronds net van de MIVB Deze raamovereenkomst betreft de installatie en vernieuwing van de sanitaire voorzieningen aan de eindpunten, conform met het onderhoudsplan, alsook de plaatsing van sanitaire voorzieningen in het kader van projecten rond de aanleg en inrichting van nieuwe eindstations.
De overeenkomst zal worden gesloten met maximum 2 operatoren per perceel, volgens een watervalsysteem. De raamovereenkomst wordt afgesloten voor een totale duur van 5 jaar.
