Scope overview
De Kansspelautoriteit wenst door middel van deze aanbesteding een raamovereenkomst met drie opdrachtnemers te sluiten die de Kansspelautoriteit kunnen voorzien in de behoefte aan hardware en aanverwante dienstverlening.
Indien de Kansspelautoriteit als resultaat van deze aanbesteding de raamovereenkomst niet aan drie opdrachtnemers, maar slechts aan één of twee opdrachtnemer(s) kan gunnen, dan kan de Kansspelautoriteit hiertoe besluiten. Zie voor meer informatie de aanbestedingsstukken en dan in het bijzonder de aanbestedingsleidraad. Alle ondernemers die aan de eisen voldoen worden uitgenodigd een inschrijving in te dienen.
Dat kan zelfstandig, als samenwerkingsverband en/of door een beroep op derden. De omvang van de opdracht wordt geraamd op € 350.000,- per jaar en over de gehele looptijd van de raamovereenkomst op € 1.750.000,-. De Kansspelautoriteit heeft geen afnameverplichting en geeft geen omzetgarantie.
Bedragen zijn exclusief btw, maar inclusief alle mogelijk te voorziene nadere opdrachten en inclusief alle verlengingsmogelijkheden en opties. De opdrachtwaarde over de totale looptijd van de raamovereenkomsten wordt gemaximeerd op 200% van de genoemde verwachte omvang, € 3.500.000,- (+ indexaties) exclusief btw.
