Hankinnan kohteena on Littoisten monitoimitalon liikuntasalin lattian uusiminen. Samassa yhteydessä tehdään pienimuotoisia uusimis-/korjaus-/rakennustöitä.
Hankintaan sisältyy kaksi optiota, joiden käyttöönotosta tilaaja päättää tapauskohtaisesti. Tilaaja voi halutessaan ottaa molemmat optiot käyttöön, tai vain toisen. Optioiden sisältö on kuvattu tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa.
