Das Gebäude dient als Stationsgebäude zur Unterbringung von Patienten sowie von Therapie- und Verwaltungsbereichen. Haus 14 wurde im Rahmen einer Schadstoffsanierung vollständig entkernt. Die bestehenden Versorgungsnetze und Anlagenkomponenten sind bereits zurückgebaut.
Bestandteil der Ausschreibung sind die vollständige Herstellung der raumlufttechnischen Versorgungsnetze, der zentralen Anlagenkomponenten (insgesamt sind vier Raumlufttechnische Anlagen vorgesehen), der erforderlichen Brandschutzkomponenten sowie der Klimatisierung einzelner technischer Betriebsräume mittels Umluftkühlung.
