Scope overview
Im Rahmen der Sanierung der denkmalgeschützten Stadthalle Braunschweig wird die Installation von Lüftungsanlagen vergeben. Die Arbeiten sind nach Anweisung der Bauleitung abschnittsweise bzw. in unterschiedlichen Geschossen fertig zu stellen. Hierzu muss vor Ausführung der Arbeiten eine gemeinsame Begehung mit der örtlichen Bauüberwachung und dem Architekten stattfinden.
Dies ist in die Einheitspreise mit einzukalkulieren. Die Abschnitte bzw. Bereiche, in denen gearbeitet werden kann betreffen den Ausbau, die Sanierung sowie den Einbau bzw. den Wiedereinbau. Die Ausführung der Arbeiten der jeweiligen Bereiche können sich überlappen. Dies ist in die Einheitspreise mit einzukalkulieren.
Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass es aufgrund der Größe des Objekts zu weiteren Transportwegen kommen kann. Je nach Baufortschritt, ist das Gebäude ggfs. nicht umlaufend mit einem LKW anfahrbar. Das Gebäude steht unter Denkmalschutz. Entsprechend ist ein schonender Umgang mit allen umliegenden Bauteilen zwingend erforderlich und bei den Preisen mit zu berücksichtigen.
