Scope overview
La CCHF a adopté la compétence "mobilité" en juillet 2021 dans le cadre de l’opportunité offerte aux Communautés de Communes, par la Loi d’Orientations des Mobilités, de se saisir de la question des mobilités. Une première ligne expérimentale reliant sur un axe Nord-Sud la gare de Dunkerque au centre aquatique Linéo est déployée depuis juin 2024 (Phase 1).
Une deuxième ligne de bus a été expérimentée sur un axe Est-Ouest au départ d’Hondschoote et à l’arrivée de Watten (Phase 2). A la suite du retour d’expérience de cette deuxième ligne, la CCHF a la volonté d’expérimenter trois nouveaux tronçons en lieu et place de la ligne "Hondschoote-Watten". Ce service proposé aux habitants du territoire s’adresse à tous les publics et pour tout motif de mobilité.
