Scope overview
Auf dem Areal des Inselspital Bern soll im Labor-Gebäude Murtenstrasse 50 das abgekündigte Gebäudeautomationssystem der Firma Johnson-Controls ersetzt werden. Folglich müssen sämtliche Gebäudeautomations-Verteilungen ersetzt werden. Die Verteilungen resp. Steuerungen sollen 1 zu 1 analog dem Bestand ersetzt und auf den neuen Stand der Technik angepasst werden.
Die Feldgeräte sollen weitestgehend übernommen werden, einzig die variable Volumenstromregler der Lüftungsanlagen sowie Türsteuerungen werden ebenfalls an den Stand der Technik angepasst. Die Türsteuerungen werden neu von der Gebäudeautomation losgelöst. Auf dem Areal des Universitätsspitals Bern werden die Türsteuerung seit Jahren über zwei Systeme betrieben.
Eines ist die ZUKO-Anlage die den Eintritt in die Gebäude/Räume nur für berechtigte Personen sicherstellt. Das zweite ist die Gebäudeautomation welche die restlichen Funktionen wie Türstellungsanzeige, Zeitprogramme, 1xAuf usw. steuert. Im Rahmen der Ablösung der Gebäudeautomation sollen die Türsteuerungen von der Gebäudeautomation entfernt, und alle Türfunktionen über die «ZUKO-Anlage» SIPORT der Fa.
Siemens gesteuert und überwacht werden.
