Le présent marché a pour objet le nettoyage des logements du parc de l’OPH Saumur Habitat avant relocation. Les prestations s’effectueront dans des logements vacants, libérés de toute occupation et programmés pour leur remise en location à une date précise après d’éventuels travaux de réfection.
Les interventions pourront se dérouler dans des logements situés soit en maison individuelle, soit en immeuble semi-collectif ou collectif. Ces prestations ne seront pas utilisées de manière systématique après chaque état des lieux sortant, mais les commandes se feront à l’appréciation du représentant de l’OPH Saumur Habitat.
