Der Tragwerksplaner entwickelt ein wirtschaftliches, dauerhaftes und materialsparendes Tragwerk unter Berücksichtigung der gewünschten monolithischen und natürlichen Bau-weise.Die Planung umfasst die Erstellung eines Tragwerkskonzeptes, die Abstimmung aller vertikalen und horizontalen Lasten sowie die Bemessung sämtlicher Bauteile einschließlich Tiefgarage, Werkstattgrube, Bürogeschosse und extensiv begrünter PV-Dächer.Die Tragwerksplanung berücksichtigt sämtliche Erfordernisse der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (Schächte, Durchdringungen, Medienführungen) und stellt die prüffähige Erstellung aller statischen Berechnungen sicher.
Die Anforderungen der Immissionsschutzanlage (Tankbereich) und der schweren Fahrzeuglasten sind einzubeziehen.
