Scope overview
Die Stadt Haselünne beabsichtigt ein neues Feuerwehrgerätehaus mit 9 Feuerwehrboxen an der Zufahrt zwischen B213 und Andruper Straße zu bauen. Das Grundstück für den Bau des Feuerwehrhauses in Haselünne wird von der Stadt Haselünne zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Bebauungsplan für den neuen Standort soll im März 2026 beschlossen werden.
Die Entwurfsplanung und Genehmigungsplanung wird durch den Fachbereich Planen und Bauen der Stadt Haselünne erstellt. Der Neubau umfasst unter anderem folgende Bereiche: • Fahrzeughalle Stellplätze für Einsatzfahrzeuge mit ausreichenden Bewegungs- und Sicherheitsflächen sowie direktem Zugang zu den Funktionsräumen.
• Funktions- und Sozialräume Umkleideräume (Schwarz-Weiß-Trennung), Sanitärbereiche, Duschen sowie Aufenthalts- und Bereitschaftsräume für die Einsatzkräfte. • Einsatz- und Verwaltungsbereiche Einsatzzentrale, Funk- und Besprechungsräume, Büros für Führungskräfte und Verwaltung. • Ausbildungs- und Schulungsräume Schulungs- und Mehrzweckräume für Ausbildung, Übungen und Versammlungen.
• Technik- und Lagerräume Werkstätten, Lagerflächen für Geräte, Material und persönliche Schutzausrüstung. Gebäudetechnik: • die Gebäudetechnik soll den aktuellen energetischen Anforderungen entsprechen • Nutzung erneuerbarer Energien (z. B.
Photovoltaik) • langlebige und wartungsarme Materialien • wirtschaftlicher Betrieb über den gesamten Lebenszyklus Notstromeinspeisung: • Die Technik im Gebäude ist inklusive einer Notstromeinspeisung als Volleinspeisung, z.B. über ein mobiles Notstromaggregat, zu planen.
