Scope overview

HPD is in the process of digitalizing documents as part of the DDMS (Digital Document Management System), LEOP and DSAS projects. All the documents received from clients via paper, fax, and email, are scanned and indexed. Thereafter, uploaded to FileNet as the final storage location.

While all the documentation is retained in DDMS, LEOP and DSAS, a Nutrient software is required to edit, rotate, merge, add, and delete pages. Nutrient software is an integral component for the effective use of DDMS, LEOP and DSAS to review all documentation. Agency: Housing Preservation and Development Status: Award
