Vervolgens zal de aannemer het grondverzet doen volgens het op te maken 3D model. Er wordt gestreefd naar een nulbalans in het grondverzet, d.w.z. dat er geen afvoer van bruikbare grond is.
Verder zal de aanleg van de verhardingen, wanden, structurele elementen (irigatieleidingen, speeltuigen, paaltjes, etc.) worden uitgevoerd om tenslotte de groenaanleg uit te voeren.
