Hankinta koskee Raaseporin kaupungin hallinnassa ja hoidossa olevien kiinteistöjen korjaus- ja muutostöiden sekä investointien pää,- ja arkkitehtisuunnittelua sisältäen suunnittelukohteeseen tarvittavat muut asiapaperit, kuten mahdolliset rakennuslupa-asiakirjat, rakennustapaselostuksen,huonetilakortit ym. Työtehtävä käsittää myös työmaalla käyntiä sekä suunnittelukokouksiin osallistumista.
Pääsuunnittelijan läsnäolo pakollinen. Hankinnan kohteena on tuntiveloitusperusteiset pää.- ja arkkitehtsuunnittelu tehtävistä joita ei erikseen kilpailuteta, minikilpailutus mahdollinen puitesopimustoimittajien kesken. Töiden sisältö ja laajuus määräytyvät tapauskohtaisesti ja ne sovitaan jokaiselle hankkeelle erikseen. Samoin tehtävien aikataulu sovitaan tapauskohtaisesti joka hankkeelle erikseen.
