Of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the 6548-PK, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Disposable Supplies for infectious waste management. Health & Population Department now invites bids from eligible bidders/ Manufacturers For the procurement of disposable supplies for infectious waste management for PHCIP (Health), H&PD Govt. of the Punjab. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids Single Stage One Envelop Process as specified in the World Bank’s “ Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” [ July 2016, Revised November 2017 and August 2018] with rated criteria, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from PHCIP (Health Component), 5 Montgomery Road, Lahore during the office hours from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. The RFB document in English may be obtained from the office of Procurement Specialist during office hours before the deadline of submission of bids or can be downloaded from the websites (www.pshealth.punjab.gov.pk). All the bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration. Sealed bids are required to be submitted by the Bidders by hand or through courier on 10th February 2026 till 02:00 PM positively at the, PHCIP (Health Component), Health & Population Department, 05 Montgomery Road, Lahore. The bids received till stipulated date & time shall be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
