PK-MOE-502289-GO-RFQ Loan No.: 9318-PK (P170230) The Islamic Republic of Pakistan (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) (the “Bank”) in the form of a loan (hereinafter called “loan”) toward the cost of Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP).
The Ministry of Energy (Power Division), an implementing agency of the Client, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of Software Licenses for PPMC for which this Request for Quotations is issued: Software/ Services LOT 2 Microsoft 365 E3 Office (150 licenses) The PPMC through EDEIP Project under Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan (the Purchaser), hereby, requests you to submit price quotation(s) for the supply of Software Licenses as under: LOT-2: Microsoft 365 E3 Office (150 licenses) The Purchaser hereby invites sealed Quotations from eligible bidders or their authorized dealers, registered with Income and Sales Tax Departments, as per the specifications and terms & conditions, provided in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) Document which can be downloaded from websites https://www.ppmc.gov.pk and https://www.power.gov.pk Procurement will be conducted through the World Bank’s Procurement i.e.
Request for Quotations, as specified in the World Bank “Procurement Regulations” means the “World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated November 2020”. The quotations must be delivered at the address below on or before 15th December 2025 (Monday) by 11:00 AM which will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Late bids shall be returned unopened, and electronic submission is not permitted.
