  • The Procurement Process will be governed by World Bank Procurement Regulations/Guidelines.
  • The RFB document will be immediately available after publishing this advertisement.
  • Bids must be submitted within the stipulated date and time mentioned above and must be accompanied by “ Bid Security” equal to Rs. 485,000/- in the form of Demand/Bank Draft in favor of “Head PFMU, Finance Department, Government of Punjab, Lahore”.
  • Bids will be evaluated on Total Basis. However, bidders must quote the price of each item on a unit basis.
  • The bidders are required to submit a quotation on the “Single Stage One Envelope” procedures defined in World Bank Procurement Regulations/Guidelines.
  • All applicable taxes will be deducted at source as per prescribed rates notified by the respective department/authority.
  • Bid without supporting documents, undertaking, valid documentary evidence, or bid submitted not conforming to terms and conditions given in the RFB document will be liable for rejection.
  • No supporting document will be accepted after the last submission date and time.
  • Bid received after due time and date shall be summarily rejected.
