Scope overview
Die GESOBAU AG plant in ihrer Wohnhausgruppen WHG 3212 in 12627 Berlin, die Errichtung von 156 Wohnungen. Zusätzlich soll eine Jugendfreizeiteinrichtung mit eigenen Freianlagen entstehen. Es ist geplant zur Realisierung des Vorhabens einen Generalübernehmer (GÜ) zu binden. ** Über dieses Vergabeverfahren sollen die Leistungen der Projektsteuerung für das vorgenannte Vorhaben vergeben werden.
Bestandteil der Projektsteuerungsleistung ist die Vorbereitung einer GÜ-Ausschreibung (VOB) im EU-weiten Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb, sowie die Begleitung und Auswertung des Vergabeverfahrens bis zur Vergabe der Leistung an einen Generalübernehmer.
Des Weiteren beinhaltet der Leistungsumfang die Projektsteuerung das Projektcontrolling während der Planungs-, Realisierungs- und Abnahmephase sowie die Objektbetreuung während der Gewährleistungsphase.
