Scope overview
In order to manage one or more of its call-centers, the Department is purchasing the Zultys licenses as described in Table A on PASSPort (each a License , together the Licenses ) from Contractor which will permit the Department to access Zultys' (the Licensor ) cloud-based solution for Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) Phone and Call Center management, accessible by an application (the ZAC Application ) to be installed on Desktop Computers, Laptops, and Mobile Devices/Smart Phones.
The Licenses will also permit the Department to access portions of Licensor s management and reporting software via web browser, Voicemail and Inbound and Outbound Calling, and provide fax integration and Licensor Support. Agency: Housing Preservation and Development Status: Award
