De gemeente beschikt reeds over de Net2 Pro software en verschillende Paxtontoepassingen voor toegangscontrole in diverse gemeentelijke gebouwen. Binnen deze raamovereenkomst wenst het bestuur deze toepassing verder uit te rollen in andere gemeentelijke infrastructuren. Op de locatie waar toegangscontrole voorzien moet worden, is connectie met het gemeentelijk netwerk mogelijk.
De server waarop Net2 Pro geïnstalleerd is bevindt zich mogelijks op een andere gemeentelijke locatie. De leverancier wordt geacht om de hardware te leveren en te installeren maar ook de configuratie, programmatie en indienstname te voorzien in de bestaande software.
In functie van de eigenheid van het deelproject kan het bijkomend noodzakelijk zijn om koppelingen te voorzien met andere installaties zoals daar zijn: • Automatische deuren • Automatische poorten • Branddetectie • Inbraakalarm • Liften
