Predmet ovog postupka javne nabave su radovi na građenju sustava javnog navodnjavanja Kapelica - Kaniška Iva, u skladu s dozvolom za građenje, Tehničkim specifikacijama, Troškovnikom i Nacrtima te Projektno-tehničkom dokumentacijom (glavni i izvedbeni projekt).
Sustav se sastoji od sljedećih funkcionalnih cjelina: -akumulacije Bršljanica ukupnog volumena od 779.000 m3 s branom, obodnim nasipima i evakuacijskim građevinama, -crpne stanice kapaciteta 200 l/s sa zahvatom iz akumulacije, -tlačnog razvodnog cjevovoda s hidrantima i zasunskim oknima ukupne duljine oko 13,8 km.
Raspoloživu važeću Projektno-tehničku dokumentaciju (u bitnom geotehnički elaborati, glavni projekt, izvedbeni projekt) koja je potrebna za sastavljanje ponude, iz tehničkih razloga, to jest zbog njene opsežnosti, Naručitelj nije u mogućnosti neograničeno i u cijelosti staviti na raspolaganje posredstvom EOJN RH, te je ista dostupna na mrežnoj stranici Naručitelja: https://bbz.hr/zupanijska-uprava/sustav-navodnjavanja-kapelica-kani%C5%A1ka-iva
