Predmet ovog postupka javne nabave su radovi na građenju sustava javnog navodnjavanja Kapelica - Kaniška Iva, u skladu s dozvolom za građenje, Tehničkim specifikacijama, Troškovnikom i Nacrtima te Projektno-tehničkom dokumentacijom (glavni i izvedbeni projekt).
Sustav se sastoji od sljedećih funkcionalnih cjelina: -akumulacije Bršljanica ukupnog volumena od 779.000 m3 s branom, obodnim nasipima i evakuacijskim građevinama, -crpne stanice kapaciteta 210 l/s sa zahvatom iz akumulacije, -tlačnog razvodnog cjevovoda s hidrantima i zasunskim oknima ukupne duljine oko 13,8 km.
