Für die Staatsanwaltschaft (StA) Hannover soll eine Rahmenvereinbarung über das Abschleppen, Abtransportieren und Unterstellen sichergestellter KFZ, inkl. E-Kleinstfahrzeuge im Zuständigkeitsbereich der Staatsanwaltschaft (StA) Hannover vergeben werden.
Der Auftragnehmer nimmt für den Auftraggeber sichergestellte oder beschlagnahmte Kraftfahrzeuge aller Art in Verwahrung, die ihm von der Staatsanwaltschaft Hannover oder der Polizei, dem Zoll etc. im Auftrag des Auftraggebers zur Unterstellung/Sicherstellung übergeben werden, oder die er im Auftrag dieser Dienststellen abschleppt. Darunter fallen auch E-Scooter, E-Bikes und Elektro-Kleinstfahrzeuge.
Der Abschlepp- / Transportvorgang umfasst regelmäßig folgende Leistungen: - die Anfahrt vom Firmenstandort zum Ort des Einsatzes, - eine gegebenenfalls notwendige Bergung des Fahrzeuges, - das Aufladen des Fahrzeuges auf das Einsatzfahrzeug, - den Transport von rollfähigen oder geborgenen Fahrzeugen von der Straße, auf Straßenhöhe liegendem Seitenstreifen oder ähnlichem Gelände zum Verwahrort, - das Abladen des abgeschleppten/transportieren Fahrzeuges am Verwahrort Nähere Einzelheiten zu Art und Umfang des Auftrags sind der Leistungsbeschreibung - Fachlicher Teil (Teil B) zu entnehmen.
