Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Bereitstellung von Fahrrädern im Wege des Leasings (Teilamortisierungsleasing) zum Zwecke der Überlassung an Mitarbeitende des Bezirks Mittelfranken (ca. 1.300 Personen) zur dienstlichen und privaten Nutzung einschließlich Versicherungs-, Schulungs- und Serviceleistungen.
Die Inanspruchnahme des Angebots zur Nutzung des Dienstrads ist für Mitarbeitende des Bezirks Mittelfranken freiwillig. Es ist davon auszugehen, dass maximal 10 - 20 % der Mitarbeitenden (Höchstschätzmenge) von dem Rahmenvertrag Gebrauch machen.
