Il est prévu qu’une partie des ressources de cette avance soit utilisée pour financer le recrutement d’un (e) Assistant(e) du/de la Coordonnateur(trice) National(e) de l'Unité de Gestion du PAEPÄ.
Le dossier de candidature (1 original et 3 copies) en langue française , doit être déposé, sous pli fermé, à l’adresse ci-dessous, par courrier ordinaire, au plus tard le 16 mars 2026 à 17 heures 30, heure de Bujumbura et doit être composé des éléments suivants : Une lettre de motivation de deux pages au maximum, dûment signée et adressée à la Coordonnatrice de l’UGP-PRCCB/UPP-PAEPA ; Un curriculum vitae actualisé et dûment signé, préparé suivant le modèle en annexe ; Des copies des diplômes certifiés conformes à l’original, certificats et/ou attestations ; Tout autre document attestant de l’expérience professionnelle.
Deux références, avec lesquelles le candidat a travaillé étroitement au cours des cinq dernières années, qui peuvent être contactées.
NB : Le candidat doit mentionner sur l’enveloppe le poste sur lequel porte sa candidature Les termes de références (TDRs) décrivant de façon détaillée les qualifications et l’expérience requises, ainsi que les critères de sélection pour ce poste peuvent être consultés et/ou retirés au siège de la Coordination de l’Unité de Gestion du Projet de Résilience Climatique des Collines du Burundi (UGP-PRCCB) qui assure en même temps le rôle d’Unité de Préparation du Projet d’Accès à l’Eau Potable et à l’Assainissement (UPP-PAEPA) à l’adresse ci-dessous indiquée de 8 h 00 à 12 h 30 et de 14 h 00 à 17 h 30 (heures locales).

Le Processus de sélection sera conduit suivant la « Méthode de Sélection des Consultants Individuels par mise en concurrence ouverte » conformément aux dispositions du « Règlement de Passation des Marchés pour les Emprunteurs Sollicitant un Financement de Projets d’Investissement (FPI) » de la Banque Mondiale, édition de septembre 2025.
