Scope overview
Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules, the NYC Department of Investigation intends to enter into a sole source contract with FileOnQ, Inc. for the purchase of Renewal of FileOnQ Software Maintenance & Support Agreement. FileOnQ is a database program DOI uses to catalogue all digital and physical evidence collected/generated during investigations.
It also is used for Chain of Custody purposes by tracking the storage location and movement of all evidence and assets while in DOI's custody. Any vendor, besides FileOnQ, Inc that believes they can provide these services is invited to express its interest by submitting a response via email to doibids@doi.nyc.gov no later than February 25, 2026 by 2:00PM.
